Block Management

As managing agents, we will, at the beginning of each accounting year, produce a budget, which will include the estimated costs for running of the block(s) for that year.

This would include all works required and a contingency and a sinking fund. These costs would then, dependent on the size of each flat and the facilities to each of the lessees, which would then be divided equally amongst the owners and paid in accordance with their lease.
